Shipping Policy

All Orders take 1-3 days of order Processing. IF the product is under "custom Scent" that will take 2-3 weeks from order to ship.

Refund Policy

If your order was received broken or damaged due to carrier. Please send me photos of the damaged goods. IF I am able at the time  I will send out replacements. If It is a custom Scent I will refund you the cost of the Product if I don't have materials on hand. Refunds if you are unhappy with the product I will offer you another scent at replacement, however shipping will be covered by buyer.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation-  All cancelled orders need to be requested within  first 12 hours of order placement to qualify. Return- You are allowed to return, however product must not be used or damaged. Buyer expected to cover return shipping. Exchange Policy- Product must not be used or damaged for a full exchange. You will receive equal priced exchange for a different scent of your choice. Buyer expected to cover exchange shipping.
