Shipping Policy
There is a 2-4 week expected shipping window depending on the size of the order, and the owner's personal schedule. Any delay in shipping will be communicated via social media or the shop's text line.
Refund Policy
Proof must be shown of any damage to goods before a refund will be issued.
If the products are damaged during delivery, a claim may be placed for replacing the damaged goods. In this case, new product will be sent as soon as damaged product is returned.
Should a product become damaged due to a defect in its construction, the product can either be replaced, or a refund for the cost of the product.
If a product is damaged by outside forces, such as when machine washed or by a pet, you can reach out to the owner personally. I have no problems repairing the item (if it is possible), as outside forces or loving it too much can cause injury to the plush.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged/returned if damaged in transit, by outside forces, or there is a defect.
An order will be cancelled upon a pattern of unwarranted chargebacks; harassment or abusive behavior toward the store owner; if the purchase is proven fraudulent; or there is incomplete information for the order (ie no/incomplete address).
